Matteo ha conseguito la laurea quinquennale in Ingegneria Civile ad indirizzo strutturale presso il Politecnico di Milano.
Immediatamente dopo gli studi, ha cominciato la sua carriera professionale in ambito aerospaziale, lavorando come specialista per i calcoli strutturali mediante analisi ad elementi finiti.
Da 15 anni ricopre la carica di responsabile dell'ufficio R&D per i brand MET e Bluegrass, lavorando come project manager e nella progettazione ed industrializzazione.
Nel corso di questa esperienza, ha contribuito alle invenzioni che hanno portato al deposito di due brevetti di invenzione per l'attuale casco di eccellenza per uso ciclo su strada.

Matteo got the 5-years bachelor degree of structural engineer at Politecnico di Milano university.
After the graduation, he started his professional career working as finite element analysis specialist for aerospace projects.
For the last 15 years, he is in charge as senior engineer and head of the R&D dept for MET and Bluegrass products designing and engineering.
During this experience, he contributes to apply two patents concerning on the top road bike helmet of the present range.
