Massimo Di Felice was born in Avezzano, Italy, in 1965. He received a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering at University of Rome in 1992.
In 1994 he joined Texas Instruments in Avezzano (Italy) as Product Engineer, where he was responsible of sdram and ddr memories.
After acquisition by Micron in 1998, he worked as Product and Char Engineer on CMOS imager devices.
After spin-off from Micron in 2013, he is working in L-foundry and currently he is Staff Product Engineer with responsibility on CMOS imagers, microdisplays and Flash memories.
