Maurizio Boscardin: Senior researcher at FBK. The research activity is focused on technology development on high resistivity silicon radiation/particle detectors. The main research topics have recently been concerned with: i) Development of planar detectors for high energy physics experiments as double side microstrip, pixel, SDD. ii) Development of special technologies for fabrication of advanced radiation/particle detectors as Active Edge and Si-3D. He co-authored more than 200 articles and of two European patents.
