Nadia UCCIARDELLO

Born in Muri (Svizzera) the 4th January 1972.
In 2000 she obtained the Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cassino.
She is research assistant of Metallurgy at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
His research activities span over several items concerning the materials:
- Implementation of artificial neural networks for characterization of materials
- Optimization of the corrosion resistance of stainless steels and alloys of magnesium.
- Electrodeposition of metal foams
- Study of plastic deformation of metallic materials by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), diffractometry, mechanical testing and thermography
He is the author of more than 50 scientific papers; concerning the previous mentioned scientific research activities.
