Tiziana Del Buono was born in San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy, in 1975. She received Master Degree in Physics at University of L’Aquila in 2004 disserting about Morphological and Structural characterization of nanostructures by Transmission Electron Microscopy. She got a II Level Master in “Process, system and technologies for development and characterization of complex microelectronics devices” at University of L’Aquila (Italy) in 2005 with a thesis about Comparison EDS analysis among SEM, STEM and TEM on semiconductor devices. From 2005 she worked in Micron Technology Italy as TEM Specialist Engineer and then in LFoundry from 2013 as TEM Senior Engineer Leader.
